About
The 30 for 30 campaign was created to help support minority, low-income and special needs students reach their highest potential. In Orlando, FL there are an upwards of 55,000 students living in poverty. Students who live in poverty are not only more likely to underachieve in comparison to their affluent counter-parts but are also more likely to be retained, suspended, or expelled and at risk for not graduating with a standard high school diploma. Your on-going support (financially, in-kind or through volunteering) will play a unique role in the landscape of educational resources available to students in Orlando’s under-resourced neighborhoods.
By partnering with us, your donation can provide equitable access to high-quality learning experiences and encourage the pursuit of post-secondary education in Science and Engineering by catering to the needs of minority students, students with disabilities and those from low-income households. Customized learning, discovery education and project-based learning frameworks are just a few of the premiere strategies your support will provide to ensure students have fun while learning core competencies. At CGS, we are passionate about motivating our students to achieve, inspiring them to dream bigger and equipping them with the skills necessary to succeed.
We believe all students can embrace who they are,
define their future, and change the world.
